Whole House Remodel

Project Details

What do you do when your family of four wants to walk to Oswego Lake to fish, boat, and swim? Find a charming 1915 original bungalow to remodel, that's what! The resulting home surpasses the family's expectations as it includes an incredibly generous master suite, chef's kitchen, main floor bonus/ tv room, and all of the finishes and features one could hope for. The best part is that the original integrity of the architecture is honored.
Beginning with the foundation work, second floor addition and a reconfigured, open floorplan, the project progressed to window, and siding replacement, and upgraded plumbing and electrical installations and a new roof. The project finished with top-of-the-line surfaces and fixtures throughout. That said, great effort was made to include high impact items at the best possible cost to achieve a balance that met the clients budget. All that is remains for the home is the phase to include the garage replacement with an incorporated office space.

How does the family feel now that the project is done? "We can now spend our time enjoying the Lake and our time together as a family without home projects!" Looking back, they are proud to have the perfect home for their lifestyle while honoring the original architecture and history of the home.
